Warranty

The Bellroy x Clae limited edition One Piece has a two-month warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship and doesn't apply if damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind.
If you have purchased the product through our website, you can make a warranty claim with us, by sending photo evidence of the damage to the shoe and returning the shoe and Key Cover set in the original box.
The warranty affords you a replacement – while stocks last – or a full refund.
The collaboration Key Cover and Slim Sleeve are both covered under Bellroy’s 3 year warranty.

Returns

The shoes are final sale – returns will only be accepted for a warranty claim or size exchange.

Exchanges

Please contact support@bellroy.com in order to request a size exchange (available while stocks last). The replacement product will be sent once the purchase has been received by us in the original box with the Key Cover included. Shipping costs apply.
