Our Fix-it Kits are at the ready, in the unlikely event that any parts need replacing.
The kits mean there’s no wasted time sending your luggage back and forth. Plus, most people will be able to complete a repair in less than 10 minutes.
How it works
- Reach out to us at support@bellroy.com to get the process started. Copy the template below and input your information – this will make everything go as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Product name: Part that needs replacing: How the issue occurred: Any other product issues: - Ensure that you also attach to your email: images of your luggage as a whole, and the specific part that needs replacing; and proof of purchase if not purchased via Bellroy.com.
- We'll confirm whether or not your product falls under warranty.
- If it does, we'll send you the relevant replacement part/s, packaged in a Fix-it Kit/s, as part of your product warranty. If it doesn't, you'll be able to head to this page to purchase your replacement part/s.
- You'll receive your kit and complete your repair, using the visual instructions that come with the kit, or the instructions on our website.
We recommend reaching out to us 2–3 weeks prior to travel. Our Fix-it Kits are subject to standard processing and shipping times.
We would love to be able to offer self-repair on our other products, but for the moment we only offer this for luggage.
