The first batch of phone cases for the iPhone 15 pro models featured a cutout where the new ‘action button’ is – based on our information at the time, a cutout was the most workable option. With what we know now, we conclude that a raised button is more fit-for-purpose.

We since updated our design, and the second ‘batch’ features a button instead of a cutout. But, for the existing cases, we designed a retrofitted solution. In line with our commitment to minimizing impact, we did not want to send excess stock to landfill. Instead , we’re offering them to you (at a discount), with a thoroughly tested add-on button that is attached to the case by our warehouse before it is shipped to you.

We stand by this option and cover it with our standard 3-year warranty.
