Wholesale Operations Coordinator

IN A NUTSHELL

Since launching with five wallets 15 years ago, Bellroy has shipped carry goods to 172 countries from warehouses on four continents. We now release over 50 new products a year and sell through 1200+ doorways worldwide. Our Logistics & Sales Operations team is essential in making sure those products reach our customers efficiently, accurately and on time.

As our Wholesale Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our wholesale channel. You’ll work closely with our sales coordinators, demand planners and third-party logistics providers to help manage stock levels, prepare order instructions, and ensure transaction accuracy. You’ll also support onboarding for new wholesale partners, coordinate large or complex orders, and maintain accurate data across our systems.

This is a role for someone who’s organised, thoughtful, and loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you’re someone who enjoys solving puzzles, improving processes, and working across teams to make things better, we think you’ll enjoy this one.

YOU COULD BE THE ONE, IF YOU…

  • Have 2+ years’ experience in a related role - ideally within logistics, supply chain or sales operations
  • Are organised, reliable, and confident juggling multiple priorities
  • Are logical and methodical in your problem-solving
  • Communicate clearly and enjoy working with others to get things done
  • Are comfortable and enjoy using Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, IF statements, etc.)
  • Want to grow in a collaborative team within a fast-moving, product-focused business

IF YOU WERE HERE LAST WEEK, YOU MIGHT HAVE…

  • Collaborated with sales coordinators to develop onboarding documentation and routing guides for new wholesale customers
  • Worked with the demand planner and sales coordinator to track inventory for a key PO and ensure that stock is available ahead of the cancel date
  • Helped create a shipping calculator tool with our supply chain analyst, supporting internal teams to make informed freight decisions
  • Coordinated the shipment of new season samples from five global warehouses to relevant wholesale accounts
  • Monitored email communications with the warehouse for orders with special handling requirements
  • Met with your manager to explore process improvements for our fulfilment tracking process
  • Led your regular catch-up with sales coordinators to align on new clients, specific requirements and any outstanding issues

LOCATION AND HOURS

This is a full-time role based in our Collingwood office, with an office-centric hybrid schedule. We expect four days in the office during the onboarding period, with increased flexibility over time.

Our Spaces

Bellroy' is a fusion of our two homes – Bells Beach and Fitzroy. Bells Beach brings a relaxed, outdoor vibe to balance Fitzroy's creative, urban style. The city and the sea; inspiration and adventure. Together they provide a perfect balance.

Bells Beach

Our beach HQ sits behind giant sandstone cliffs that overlook one of Australia’s best-known surfing coastlines. It’s where our Product Designers experiment in the Maker Lab, and our Sales team consume awesome amounts of espresso and Skype bandwidth. Things are more tranquil here than our Fitzroy neighbours and we like the focus that can create. There’s a cafe right next door if you need a quick bite and our 11am surf check always provides the perfect chance to reset the mind with some salt air.

Fitzroy

Our Fitzroy space is immersed in the middle of Melbourne’s creative hub. It’s where our Creative, Marketing, Engineering and Operations teams develop campaigns and ensure each Bellroy is sent safely across the world. Walk out the door and you’ll find streets bursting with energy (and the best ramen joint this side of Tokyo).

Remotely

Outside of our two main headquarters we have a team that works remotely - from Western Australia to parts of Asia, the USA and Europe. Being global is at the heart of Bellroy, it keeps us connected, and makes sure we see life from many different perspectives.
