Shipping & Delivery
With customers all around the world, we are happy to send our wallets to anywhere that has a letterbox (sorry, we can’t do PO boxes).
While we always dispatch an order within 2 working days, we can’t directly control the delivery times beyond our end.
As a general rule, assume that regular post will take 2-5 days for Australia and the USA, and 6-28 days for International. Express post is generally 1-3 days for Australia & Nth America, and 2-8 days for other International.
If you live down a donkey track in Tuana Tuva, please allow a little bit extra.

3 YEAR WARRANTY
Bellroy wallets are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three years from original date of purchase when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.
This warranty does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, or unreasonable use or neglect.
Please keep your receipt, as retailers will usually require proof of purchase.

1. Transaction Currency and Pricing
All transactions are processed in the currency shown in the bottom right corner of each page and include GST (Goods and services tax) in Australia.
2. Shipping and Delivery
Bellroy delivers products to most of the planet. Shipping rates are outlined on our Shipping page, and will be quoted with any order.
3. Customer Service
Bellroy is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard dispatch timeframes are between 1-3 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
4. Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. If the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don't do what they are supposed to do, get in touch with us and you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.

Bellroy is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone else. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with Bellroy updates (if requested) and to personalise your shopping experience with us.
